01Introduction

04Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts — identified by shared name, national identity document, email address, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8888fd reserves the right to close all but the original account, void associated bonuses and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must notify 8888fd promptly of any changes.

KYC Documentation

Before your first withdrawal — and at any point at 8888fd's reasonable discretion — you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 8888fd references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — as educational context only. 5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 8888fd are subject to specific promotional terms that are published at the time of the offer. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Illustrative example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bets or spins may not exceed a specified maximum — commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution table is published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire within the period stated in the specific offer — typically 7 to 30 days from issuance. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, stated in the specific offer terms. Illustrative example: PKR 25,000 maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum deposit to activate. The minimum qualifying amount is specified in the promotion; deposits below this threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold or combine multiple bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the active promotion's terms.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming rounds placed on 8888fd are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying bet selections, stake amounts and applicable odds before confirming any wager. 8888fd reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data-feed failure or human error in odds compilation.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on 8888fd covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events. Odds are presented in decimal format. For live (in-play) betting, the Platform may suspend markets at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and instant-win games — operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer infrastructure as applicable. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-run averages, not per-session guarantees.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds are void and stakes are returned to the User's account. 8888fd is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

08Responsible Gambling

09Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;

• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to reverse legitimate transactions;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 8888fd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data compilations, user interface designs and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of 8888fd or is used under licence from third parties. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 8888fd.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8888fd shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions;
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality;
• Changes in odds, game outcomes or event results that affect the value of placed bets;
• Any regulatory enforcement action by Pakistani authorities or other jurisdictions in relation to your use of the Platform.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the responsible-gambling tools available to you.

12Account Suspension & Termination

8888fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure;
• At the User's own request (account self-closure).

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances are forfeited and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Cash balances on accounts closed without cause will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8888fd holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and 8888fd, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute-resolution mechanism provided by 8888fd's licensing authority, where applicable. Users in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may apply local law to disputes in certain circumstances.

14Amendments to These Terms

8888fd may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform — such as a notice banner, email communication or updated effective-date stamp on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date (shown at the top of this page) supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
